Special Education

An IEP is an Individualized Education program designed by families and schools to meet the needs of children with disabilities. The IEP serves as a legal document that outlines the specific services the student will receive. The process begins with a referral and a full evaluation conducted by a school psychologist. The IEP team consisting of families, educators, and advocates develop the IEP together. Children may begin to receive services at the early age of 3.
